SURGE Marketing and Consulting was founded in 2019 by Dr. Heba Hafez who is an international expert with long experience woking with the US, Canadian, British, and Middle Eastern prominent organizations. Dr. Heba founded Surge after she returned from Canada to transfer her expertise to the Middle East. Surge brings short and long term consultations in multiple fields. Surge founder, Dr. Heba, worked in international organizations including USAID, UNFCCC (UN Climate Change Champions COP26, COP27, and COP28), AECOM, Pal Tech, Center for International Private Enterprise (CIPE), Egyptian Ministerial Cabinet, Tahya Misr Fund, and she was the Executive Director of the first investment fund in Egypt, Ataa Charitable Investment Fund. She is also a university professor who taught at University of Calgary in Canada, American University in Cairo, British University in Egypt, and Cairo University. Leading all these positions with the network that they carry, Dr. Heba has brought together an outstanding team of experts from across the world.
