Dr. Heba Hafez is the Founder and CEO of Surge Marketing and Consulting. She attained her Ph.D. from the University of Calgary in Canada in Communication and Culture. She also attained her bachelor and master's degrees from the American University in Cairo (AUC). With a professional work experience spanning over three decades in Egypt and Canada, Dr. Hafez has cultivated extensive expertise in International Development with USAID and UN, Youth and Women Empowerment, Decentralization, Media and Communications, Marketing, Fundraising, Education and Educational Technology, Governance., Grants Management Monitoring and Evaluation, and Persons with Disabilities. Dr. Hafez held key positions in the Middle East and Africa. Dr. Hafez also taught at the University of Calgary in Canada, American University in Cairo, British University in Egypt, and Cairo University. She has also demonstrated her expertise in education and training at the USAID project over 23 governorates and over 15 Ministers. Dr. Hafez is the first Executive Director and founder of the first  charity investment fund in Egypt, Ataa Charitable Investment Fund for Persons with Disabilities. The fund was initiated by the Egyptian President, Abdel Fattah El Sisi. Also Dr. Hafez worked on the Vista Scientific Conference 2030 by the International Paralympic Committee, and is a Board Advisor for Wayana International Foundation for Persons with Disabilities and Board Advisor for The 360 American Canadian Mental Health Clinics in Egypt. Earlier, Dr. Hafez was also employed by the Egyptian Ministerial Cabinet as  one of the founders of the President Fund, Tahya Misr where she was the owner of the Hepatitis C Awareness Program in partnership with World Health Organization, Ministry of Higher Education,  Ministry of Health, and Ain Shams University. The Hepatitis C Awareness Training of Trainers Program was initiated in 2016 and led to spreading of health awareness across Egypt at hospitals, schools, universities, public libraries, non-governmental organizations and public and private sector organizations. Also the program gained attention where Ministry of Health built on its inception phase increasing its reach via online and offline media campaigns. Fortunately this program accompanied treatment campaign for combating Hepatitis C in Egypt marking an unprecedented experience in combating the disease. Throughout her career, Dr. Hafez has worked with top, middle, and local governmental officials including Ministers, Governors, and local officials. Her experience in development expanded to cover the 26 governorates of Egypt.  Shifting her career to field of Climate Change, Dr. Hafez  was the only Egyptian expert employed by the UN High-Level Climate Change Champions (UNFCCC) for COP26 supporting the British High Level Climate Change Champion, Nigel Topping, and COP27 High Level Climate Change Champion, Dr. Mahmoud Mohieldin. As the COPs Communications Manager for Middle East and Africa, Dr. Hafez succeeded to involve non-state actors in the climate change and facilitated online engagement via UN High Level Climate Change Champion website and social media and advanced media coverage for over 4500 mainstream media coverages during the 18 days of COP27. Dr. Hafez is also certified from Taylor and Francis Institute for Teaching and Learning and she has led hundreds of trainings for USAID funded projects, Center for International Private Enterprise (CIPE) Affiliate of the American Chamber of Commerce. One of the strong capacities that Dr. Hafez has developed over her academic and higher education journeys is exceptional partnership skills with prominent organizations including EU, WHO, UNIDO, UN HABITAT, WORLD BANK, AMAZON, DELL TECHNOLOGIES EGYPT, UBER EGYPT, USAID,  AMERICAN CHAMBER OF COMMERCE, AMERICAN UNIVERSITY IN CAIRO, ROTARY INTERNATIONAL, GENERAL DYNAMICS, MICROSOFT, OECD, URBAN INSTITUTE, VODAFONE, PEPSI, COCA COLA, EBRD, UNDP, EMPOWER DIGITAL MEDIA UK, BRUNSWICK MEDIA UK, CIPE USA, 10 EGYPTIAN MINISTERS, 20 GOVERNORS, AND ARAB LEAGUE.

Dr. Abdel Gawad El Ashrey holds a Ph.D. and M.A. from Ohio University in Electrical and Computer Engineering and a B.Sc. from The Military Technical College. Dr. Abdel Gawad is currently an Assitant Professor at El Sweedy University of Technology and he is also an Adjunct Faculty at the British University in Egypt. In addition, he teaches at the Electrical and Computer Engineering department  at the Military Technical College. Dr. Abel Gawad is also a trainer at Dell Empower Abilities Program where he teaches computing language to persons with disability empowering them to join the IT multinational market and compete at international level in the IT, Dr. Abel Gawad is specialized in Technology and Artificial Intelligence as he is professional in integration of technology. Dr. Abdel Gawad is one of the key decision makers on the committee of Inclusion Bridges - Abilities Power as he is specialized in training of persons with disabilities  including all types of disabilities.

Eng. Randa Mounir, MBA, is a Canadian citizen who attained her bachelor’s degree in Engineering from Cairo University, and she also holds a master’s degree in Environmental Management from the Imperial College of Science & Technology, London UK. 

Eng. Mounir currently works as Climate Expert for EU projects on desalination and UNFCCC with focus on Climate Finance. Her experience as a Senior Environmental and Climate Change Expert spans for over 30 years of consulting international reputable organizations working with multiple stakeholders including development agencies, international universities, embassies, NGOs, and private and public sector organizations. 

From 2023 to 2024, Eng. Mounir served as Africa and Middle East Stakeholder Engagement Lead and Senior Climate Policy Advisor with the UN High Level Champions team for COP26, COP27, and COP28. Prior to that, she served as the Climate Change Policy Manager at British Governorate, FCDO for the British Embassy in Cairo leading on Climate engagement and lobbying plan for COP26 and advising post on all Climate change, Energy and green partnership with Egypt. 

Earlier, Eng. Mounir also served as the Senior Advisor to the Egyptian Minister of Environment, where she was responsible for international cooperation. During her tenure at the Ministry, was the NDA/Director of the Green Climate Unit Fund-Egypt overseeing climate financing in Egypt and supported local projects.

Prior to moving to Egypt, she worked and lived in Canada, where she taught at Southern Alberta Institute of Technology (SAIT), Schlumberger and Talisman Energy Inc. Having worked in North America, Japan, Europe, and the MENA region she gained exceptional technical expertise and extensive exposure to international climate efforts across the globe and she is transferring this wealth of knowledge to Middle East and Africa. 

Eng. Karim Kadry is a Canadian expert who holds a Bachelor of Engineering from Cairo University, MBA from an Ivy League School of Business in UK, Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and he is also a Certified Finance Specialist (CFS). He has a long term distinguished international expertise in multiple fields for over 25 years in Higher Education and Corporate Training, Health Services, High Tech, Strategic Planning, Mergers and Acquisitions, andInvestment and Finance. Manufacturing, as well as Sustainable and Impact Investment funds. Eng. Kadry’s worked for prominent organizations in Canada and the Middle East including University of Calgary, South Alberta Institute of Technology (SAIT), Sheridan College, American University in Cairo, and German University in Cairo. 

In addition, Eng. Kadry has orchestrated the analysis of numerous companies and corporations, strategically crafting, and executing plans to enhance efficiency and catapult these entities into the realm of multi-billion USD enterprises, As a professional in the field of finance, Eng. Kadry has held pivotal roles throughout his career, including serving as the fund manager for Canadian premier private equity funds. He has also led the Investment Banking and Private Equity departments in prominent investment institutions across the MENA region.

Eng. Rehab Hegazy is a Canadian expert who attained two Bachelors Degrees in Engineering one from Mount Royal University in Canada and Cairo University in Egypt.. She is a talented designer who started her private consulting firm in 2004. She has worked for prominent design organization in Canada and she is the Founder and CEO of Grid Designs. Eng. Hegazy has built a long career in interior design and she is considered to be one of the most creative and professional interior designers in Canada. Eng. Hegazy has attained one of the most prestigious certifications in designing homes for persons with disabilities meeting international standards of accessibility. She is earned her certificate with special acknowledgments and she is currently employed as a Lead Designer for one of the most prestigious design companies in Canada.
